I noticed a hack (a moderate sabotage, not a major one) of this page today that prevented seeing or locating the content of this page. I cleared the problems. You may as well disregard all the publication notes, go down from here and see the first of the 7 image sliders. Or read the publication notes that give a better insight and get to the first image slider. Thank you

Today is April 13, 2018:
I changed the structural of this webpage in order to make it easy to see and download the pdf files, and also to make more room. Like all recent webpages, all related existing single images of this webpage are placed in their own image slider. The pdf file is then linked to the first few images in that image slider. For the time being the image sliders on this webpage have 1, 2, or 3 images only. I will add more images when I find a bit of time.
As it was, the pdf file was linked to single images. This made accessing and downloading the pdf file difficult and weird. I did not know this. This is an oversight in the website builder that I use. It belongs to the web hosting provider.
All original materials and documents on this webpage remained as they were.
I did very light editing to make things easier to read and understand. I will add new materials when I find the time. The existing documents and materials will remain unchanged. It is my plan to make this structural change in all other webpages that contain single images instead of image slider. The existing publication notes stays as before. They start from the next paragraph. The image sliders starts further down.

Please note that I added more files and image of the initial pages today, Sept 26, 2016. The first pdf file that fully describes the contents of the images of the 2 initial pages shown below is linked to these images. Click any of these 2 images to see the pdf file. All other pdf files but one are linked accordingly. And new initial pages are posted together with the linked pdf files today Sept 26. It is out of my control that I am so behind. I may not be that behind.
