I have the manual backups of microfission.net.  One of them is from 2 years ago.  And have the option of restoring a backup. These backups are stored in godaddy’s system.  However, from talking to godaddy’s advanced technical today, they could not guarantee that restoring a backup will go well.   I am nearly certain that it would.  But the fear of making things worse than it is now is preventing me to restore the backup of 2 years ago, that nearly fix all the problems.   I asked them whether they could test to see it goes well or not.  They said they have no way of testing.  If they ran into problems they cannot fix it.   This website builder is the older version of what they have now.

It is Saturday, Dec 19, 2020, about 7 pm as I write to publish:
I am more than thankful and grateful to two of our people from a family, two of our mythical people, a mother and her young daughter, for doing so much to tell me two separate days that the food I was having was poisoned.  This was not verbally.
The days are Wednesday Dec 16, and yesterday, Dec 18.  The first one was relatively mild because I got rid of the rest of my coffee.  This was not coffee from a larger volume.  I was nearly ok since midday Thursday. 
The second one could not even trigger any of those terrible symptoms.  It is because I got rid of the item which was a chicken biscuit.  I only had about 1/3 of it earlier.  I was only worried not knowing the extent of the poisoning.
The second case was by my mistake for a moment, forgetting one of the strict rules that I have in buying ready made food.  Never buy if that is the only one left.  There must be 3 or more, to pick one randomly.  The chicken biscuit was the only one there.  
There are still very good people in those places.

Today is May 6, 2020,

It is about 11 pm as I write.   My body became free from poisons since 2 days ago, starting on Monday.  And will stay that way.   I had hardly any fat to be burned as food.  My body took huge tolls (understatement) on my muscles by breaking them down and use them as foods to function, fight the terrible and prolonged situations, and rid of the poisons.   Except for the residual injuries that do not cause pains, and I feel being repaired rapidly, all of the various symptoms of the poisons were dead by Monday.  I have been eating plenty of normal foods and water.  I cannot believe were I was then compared to where I have been since Monday.   Needed to rest after a short walk of less than 10 yards.  And now a feeling to fly!

Separately, I will describe a few of the symptoms and how to counter them, as I learned, before they become much bigger problems. These are only a few that can be countered.

Today is April 27, 2020:
Pease note starting late Thursday, April 23, I had very difficult time due poisoning the food that I had.  I don’t know how.  I had additional symptom, inflammation in my feet only, in particular around the ankles.   Before I could partially recover I had another one that could not be because of food itself but could be by cups plates or spoons etc or air.   I had ibuprofen yesterday for the sheer pains.   It was a mistake as was known.  It also cause gi bleeding when taken without food, and not good for a bad stomach.   I am more than partially recovering at this time, as I write.  It is 6:30 pm.  The pain is minimal.   The inflammation was gone since yesterday.   I will continue on what I published on April 22, among other things.
